Tune in for a new edition of High Flying Owls hosted by Dwight Carey, an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at Temple, who brings to light alumni who have started their own companies.
The theme of this episode is “From Startup to Surprise to Startup: How to Overcome Challenges.” Three Temple alumni are brought on to share their journeys as entrepreneurs who overcame hurdles and setbacks with their initial startups. The guests, sisters Sarah and Rachel Stanton and their friend Tyler Berezowsky, eventually founded Switch Stream together, an assistive technology company making wearable devices for persons with physical impairments. They each discuss their early failures and the lessons they took that led them to success with their current venture.
Watch the premiere on Wednesday, April 8 at 1 and 9 p.m. on TUTV.
