Short film “Copsi” has its TUTV premiere this Wed

TUTV will air a short narrative film in Farsi with subtitles on Wednesday from Film and Media Arts graduate student Mehrnoosh Fetrat, who both wrote and directed the picture. The story follows a group of friends and lovers whose aspirations and relationships interplay in complex ways.

A young couple (Mojdeh and Reza) are hosting Reza’s old friend Edmon in their house. Mojdeh has always wanted to become a journalist for Boojga news network. Reza is a studious but unsuccessful filmmaker. From the beginning, Edmon grows fond of Mojdeh who is a reclusive painter. Edmon leaves the country and the circumstances get worse for Reza and Mojdeh.
