Make chicken parmesan with Baker Dave

Joe Paris, the Assistant Dean of the College of Education at Temple University, joins the set of Baker Dave Presents… to make a classic Italian American dish, but with a twist.

Paris says that growing up in Northern Jersey gave him a lot of exposure to Italian culture, which left him with a love of Italian food. So he brings in his wife’s recipe for chicken parmesan to the set, but he’s has never made if before. Fortunately, Baker Dave assists Paris and gives him some tips, including how to make an easy, delicious tomato sauce from scratch. Paris still adds his own touch to the recipe by subbing in sharp provolone for mozzarella cheese.
