What was served at a colonial Philadelphia Thanksgiving feast? Join restaurateur, author and television personality Chef Walter Staib of Philadelphia’s famed City Tavern to find out.

Chef Staib is the host of the Emmy Award- winning PBS series, A Taste of History, which brings American history to life through culinary traditions. Staib’s more than four decades of culinary experience have garnered numerous awards—among them the prestigious Chevalier de l’Ordre du Mérite Agricole de la République Français. He is also the owner of the historical City Tavern in Philadelphia.
