Temple Update: March 22, 2018


The fourth Nor’easter of the season has hit the Philadelphia area, and Temple Update has full coverage of the aftermath. First, Izamarie Camcacho has the snow totals for the region. Next, Jon Dowding gets students’ reaction to yet another storm approaching, and Cassandra Semyon has more on how the storm affected SEPTA. Ben Otte speaks with Temple’s snow crews. Later, Emily Moser was at Match Day and saw the reactions of Temple medical students as they found out where they will complete their residencies. Simone Stancil has the story behind the voice saying the iconic “mind the gap” to commuters at London’s Embankment station. Temple Gymnastics is heading into the post-season, and Adam Miller caught up with them before heading off to the ECAC tournament. James Turner reports on the Women’s Film Festival, which was started by a Temple alum.
