Mens Crew
Irv Jean-Baptiste and Amy Evans interview Temple Mens Crew Head Coach Dr Gavin White. Coach White, entering his 34th season, speaks humbly on the learning experiences he gains with every new season. Being named the Schuylkill Navy Coach of the year in 2013, he largely attributes his success and progress to his team of rowers, who often outpace what is expected of them. To get a closer look at the outstanding rowers, Baptiste and Evans invite Temple Mens Crew athletes Zephyer Dippel and Fergal Barry. The two athletes speak on how their year-long training regimen, their charity work outside the team, and what their goals are for the team as they move on.
