Assistant Professor of Strategic Management, Dwight Carey, is joined by Dr. Cecilia Maria Scimia and Bruce Kreeley. Dr. Cecilia Maria Scimia is a cardiologist and CEO of CardioCorp. Bruce Kreeley is the directors of sales and engineering at Kooltronic, Inc. They discuss the importance of their backgrounds in shaping their careers, the lessons they learned from their mentors, how they maintain their “childlike imagination”, and how they have stayed motivated to achieve their goals.
