Fish Tacos
Temple University Executive Chef Tim Morris oversees event catering across Main Campus as well as the menu at the Diamond Club, but he takes time out of his busy schedule to stop by J&H’s kitchen to make homemade fish tacos with Baker Dave.
Chef Morris offers expert advice on everything from how to prepare a whole fish to making every element of the dish from scratch, including the flour tortillas, salsa, jicama salad, and guacamole.
