Episode 10
The topic of this episode is the social injustice women face, and both segments take a closer look at some of the societal challenges women face as 2017 approaches. First, Lindsay Weiner sits down with retired Judge Flora Barth Wolf, who sat on the Court of Common Pleas, and Angela Giampolo, an attorney and activist. They discuss what the current political climate means for women’s legal and reproductive rights. Next, Mia McNeely speaks with Lieutenant Krista Dahl-Campbell of the Philadelphia Police Department and journalist Bobbi Booker about abuse against women and how such abuse is handled by the police and the media.
