Denise Geraci, Director of Catering on campus, grew up Jewish, but she fell in love with Christmas as an adult after seeing a variety of Christmas cookies in a tin. Now she makes her own and gives them away every year. The most important of the bunch, she says, is the Santa Claus cookie, which she bakes and decorates with Baker Dave.
