Niki Mendrinos, Senior Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions, comes to the set of Baker Dave Presents… in the kitchen of J&H Dining Hall to join Baker Dave in making a familiar and traditional Greek dessert, baklava. Baklava is a sweet pastry made of layers of buttery filo dough filled with chopped nuts and honey. Niki brings aprons with Greek sayings to add traditional flair.
Niki manages Temple’s Welcome Center, organizes and executes all recruitment events for prospective and admitted students, and oversees marketing and publications for Undergraduate Admissions.
